Reading, writing, and white-water rafting are the three things Anitra Lynn McLeod enjoys the most.
Q: What’s your favorite part of writing?
A: I love writing dialogue. Once my characters start talking I can see their personalities more clearly.
Q: Do you work everyday?
A: I write everyday, even when I’m on vacation.
Q: How long does it take you to write a novel?
A: It really depends on the story itself. Some tales are just naturally longer and can take several months but some stories consume me and I write them within two weeks.
Q: What’s the hardest part of writing?
A: Promotion. I love every part of writing but for that. Still, it’s a necessary evil since people can’t buy my books if they don’t know they exist.
Q: What do you do when you’re not reading, writing, or white-water rafting?
A: I love to cook. I also create stained glass crafts, cross-stitch pictures, and origami sculptures. Please visit me at www.AnitraMcLeod.com
