Afire is very well written with the perfect balance of action and description and a very touching HEA ending. There are several graphic, tastefully written, very HOT love scenes. The hero and heroine are both strong, likeable characters and the secondary characters are well developed, too. Actually, I hope the author plans to write the secondary characters' stories and that those books will be available soon. Overall, Afire is a great love story with a few relationship ups-n-downs and just enough surprising twists to keep it interesting until the very end. I highly recommend this book and this author. The ebook has approximately 160 pages.

Not as good as I had hoped; just an average read.

I couldn't put this book down. Even though the two main characters frustrated me at times, when they didn't they were great. Also wonderful were the terrific supporting characters with fascinating personalities who made huge contributions to the book giving it texture and depth. But I really loved Jenny and Cal. Great story, great read and I was sorry when it was over!

I thoroughly enjoyed this authors' work. I found that the love scenes were particularly spicy. As I was reading to the end, I also found myself frustrated with the countinuos miscommunication of the hero and heroine, which I hope the author was going for. Then I was laughing and then ultimately crying happy tears. How emotionally charged this book was. I can't wait for her next book to come out. Grace Jameson books may have to be an auto-buy on my list.

This is a beautiful love story between two unlikely candidates. Despite a tragic past Cal lets Jenny prove to him that love can re-grow in a person's heart. Great character development in a relaxed pace, in a totally believable setting. The romance is sweet and the sex is hot. I highly recommend this book and look forward to Ms. Jameson's future works.
