Natasha is a cancer survivor who is feeling unattractive and unwanted since her surgery. So on her mom’s suggestion she contacts ‘Mr. Satisfaction Guaranteed’. ' Through the connection he sets up she meets a Dom who will make all her wishes come true. He makes her feel beautiful, regardless of the scars. On a personal note: As mentioned in the book scars are a sign that a person has survived. I believe that because my own mom has them because she had cancer.
