Reece Butler is a really fine novelist who brings the historic Old West alive with stories of odd relationships that are shaped by difficult circumstances. Here's a story that certainly doesn't start off with hearts and flowers--in fact, these men are not too enamored of this heroine who has a very independent idea of what her life is going to look like when all is said and done. Life doesn't work out that way for many, and with the strange circumstances surrounding these four people, life takes some twists and turns that put them at odds when they least expect it. There are a couple of bad guys who manage to make hell for others, sacrificing their happiness on the altar of their own greed. Yet the citizens of the Old West had to be strong and these men and their woman are no exception. Great historical romance involving characters that come across as real people. A good story and a very entertaining read!

Another fantastic story in the series. The hurt that is healed was wonderful to read about. Loved the husbands! Can't wait for more.

I absolutly love Reece Butler's Bride Train series. It's one of my favorite series to read. She writes great historical western erotic romance. A must read!! :0)
