Jennifer is a vixen who will try anything once, although it’s too bad she still has a full bucket list. She spends her days fixing other people’s mistakes with a smile, and her nights chasing her babies around while trying to write her naughty books. Most people don't recognize her from one day to the next since she tends to change. A lot. Thanks to her loving husband who gets to inspire a multitude of material, you have the pleasure of reading whatever story you read just now. She doesn't have a website yet, but when she gets one, you'll be the first to know. Facebook her or send an email, she takes all criticism well and to heart.
Q: How do you find the time to write?
A: Usually I'm at work, and I sneak in a little sentence here or there on breaks or lunch. After work I'm on dinner duty then I write five hours or so. On my days off I write between eight and twelve hours daily.
Q: What do you use to create a story?
A: I prefer to write on my tablet. Usually I just side load or email myself chapters as I write them.
Q: How did you react when you found out your first book was going to be published?
A: I was very lucky I wasn't at work, otherwise the chicken dance I did would have looked bad. Really bad. I called and texted a handful of friends and my sister after I told my hubby. Of course I was squealing like a teenager at a Justin Bieber concert for the rest of the week.
Q: What’s your favorite erotic romance?
A: I'm an avid reader, and I've read more books than I can remember. So the favorite changes quite a bit. For right now my favorite erotic romance is Designing Love. That Devon Sparks is some kind of man.
Q: Who is your favorite hero in any of the stories you've written thus far?
A: Charyn, hands down. He could eat crackers in my bed on any day of the week.
Q: What inspired you to start writing?
A: I decided to write what I like to read. Sometimes I want to read something, and since I wasn't getting exactly what I wanted I decided to write it.
Q: Who’s your favorite author and why?
A: That is a tricky one... Have to admit I love Harry Potter and have a terrible obsession with Twilight. So there you have it.
Q: What inspires your characters?
A: Makenzie is the most like me, and I based Charli (book 2) and Jamison (book 3) on two of my friends. Normally, I don't know what I'm writing about and just have a vague sense of characters. Once I name them, then I start a story about how the two could be brought into the same sphere. Then, voila! Story magic begins...I think.
Q: How many books do you read in a month?
A: Ugggh....a lot. More than I should be buying, they're cutting in on my shoe budget. But seriously, I read twenty books a month give or take a few.
