I live in Florida with my large, wacky family. I Have a twin sister and three brothers. I married the love of my life twenty-six years ago and proceeded to have four daughters and six grandchildren. I generally don't leave the house without a pad of paper and a pencil because there is no telling when something will pop into my head that needs writing. My family is the most important thing in the world to me. Every Friday night my house is overrun with people and lots of laughter. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Q: What is the hardest thing about writing?
A: Second guessing myself. I will write a couple chapters then go back and read it. Most of the time I will rewrite it multiple times before I finally like it.
Q: Who are some of your favorite authors?
A: It's hard to point a finger at just one because they are all awesome in their own way.
Q: What is your writing day like?
A: I can't write everyday because I have a full time job and some days my mind is too clogged with so many different things that I have to just step away and breath. I try to write every morning for a couple of hours and at night for as long as my eyes will let me.
Q: Do you read a lot of erotic romances?
A: If I'm not writing I'm reading. There is nothing like reading a good book.
Q: What did you do when you got the email from Siren, notifying you they wanted to publish your first book?
A: I actually cried until the excitement took over and than I called every person in my family.
Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: My husband and I like to take as many cruises as we can, ride four-wheelers, and shoot my pink 22.
Q: What would surprise people to know about you?
A: I would rather be riding a four-wheeler, slinging up mud than going out to a fancy restaurant.
