After a chance meeting, Jeremy is invited to a concert of the famous métal/Goth band Bloody Rose. He and his sister meet the band backstage and instantly, the lead Korean singer, Kyu, falls head over heels for him. Although Jeremy’s not gay, he can’t help but grow feelings for Kyu. Until another rival Korean singer named Ryuk decides to get in between them. Will he manage to steal Jeremy’s heart away?
“Do you have a girlfriend?” Kyu asked him.
“Huh, no. Well, we broke up. She moved away and we thought it was best to go our own ways.”
“I see. Maybe it’s for the best. Although when you love someone, you don’t let them go because of distance. Love goes beyond that.”
“I guess it’s true. Do you have a girlfriend?”
Kyu smiled and closed his eyes. “No.” He opened them and stared straight into his eyes. “Not yet. I’m waiting for the right one.”
Jeremy looked down. “Yeah, same here. Sometimes it seems as though I’ll never find the right one.”
There was a silent pause. Jeremy was deep in thought. Why do I feel down all of sudden? Although he’s had many girlfriends, he never felt real love. I don’t think I know what love is. He wondered if he’ll ever fall in love.
The car pulled in front of a club. They all got out and passed in front of the line of people waiting. The bouncer let them in without asking for their ID. Inside, metal music was blaring and people were jumping up and down on the dance floor. Some were shoving each other into other people. It was pretty chaotic.
They went to where the sofas were in the VIP section. Kyu sat down and Jeremy sat next to him. Sonia was offered a seat in between the other three members. A waitress hurried to their side and took their orders.
“So what do you think?” Kyu asked Jeremy.
