A great shape-shifter novel with interesting special abilities. The sex may be great the storyline is even better.

It was an okay story, but the hero's were way to angry for my tastes. The idea of them having to use their mating musk to essentially "drug" their mate in order for her to want them turned me off. I prefer when a heroine is truly attracted to the hero's. The sex was hot though, and the general plot line was interesting.

Another rockem sockem paranormal romance from the pen of an author that just knows how to tell the story about two huge, gorgeous, gregarious and go-after-what-they-want Alpha males, law enforcement officers, and characters that will delight with their no-holds-barred pursuit of their human mate--a woman who has no interest in being manhandled or whose life is settled and she likes it that way. As always, Jenny Penn creates a world where shifters are the norm and where it is not unusual to see the Alpha of the pack doing his "thing." What is unusual is seeing his human mate putting up a creative tussle through the claiming. Such fun, marvelous story telling and the kind of paranormal romance that keeps us coming back for more from this amazing writer.

I completely enjoyed this book! It has a great story line and the menage scenes are awesome. I look forward to reading her other books.

This is the second book in the series. First was Mating Claire and the third book can be found in Tasty Treats Vol.3 as a short story. I wish Ms.Penn, would hurry up and get the fourth story out. I'm starting to go through withdrawal, already! ;)
