GREAT book 6! Had been looking forward to this book and I was not disappointed. I've had my bags packed and ready to move to Desire since book 2. If you have not read any in the Desire series, go get them!! This is a great series full of passion, love, denial, acceptance, etc. I love every one.

It seems almost unnecessary to state that I have loved this series right from the start. I was delighted to read this latest in the Desire, OK stories and experience once again the very unique characteristics of that community. It was no surprise when Erin gravitated toward Allison as her response to Desire was so similar at the outset. I was not as aware of Dillon and Ryder in previous stories and will have to go back and read those again. That being said, they were an interesting pair of friends--seemingly so different and yet so alike in their need to find the person who would make their life complete and their future secure. I liked the tentative nature of the future that hung over them--Allison's difficulties with her ex and the faith that Dillon and Ryder were willing to put on the line in efforts to help her. As always, Ms Brooke brought her extensive writing expertise to bear in making the characters come alive and connecting this story with the previous stories in this series through the interaction of the characters. Just an awesome novel and one that Brooke fans, erotic romance fans, and those who love an entertaining read will be delighted to experience.

I was a little disappointed in this one. I loved Dillon and Ryder but Allison was so annoying after a few chapters I wanted to smack her. Her constant preference for Dillon through most of the book just felt wrong and out of place for a Desire book. This one just didn't grab me and make me care like I normally do with this series. I was tired of her demands and whining by chapter 5. Crossing fingers next one in series is better.

I fell in love with Leah Brooke's books two years ago. She writes alpha men just the way I love them. Raw Desire might be my favorite book of hers to date. Dillon and Ryder stole my heart from the get go. The danger and past Alison dealt with had me on the edge of my seat. If you're one of the rare readers who haven't read Ms. Brooke, please, don't waste another minute. Go buy this book, pour yourself your favorite beverage, and settle in for an amazing ride.

Just finished "Raw Desire" and what can I say? AWESOME!!!! The characters are incredbile and easy to relate too. The story line keeps you on the edge and won't let you put the book down. AN INCREDIBLE READ!!! I've already recommended the Desire, OK series to my friends!

The Desire series is one of my favorites but this book was not of the caliber of the previous books. It was too long for one thing, almost as if the author was padding the story. I really liked Ryder in the story but Dillon got on my nerves. Not sure why. I didn't feel much chemistry between the characters. With that said, an average book from Leah Brooke is better then most others. I look forward to more Desire stories.

I have enjoyed all of Leah Brooke books. I really do like the Desire series. This one was good but I didn't enjoy it as much as the others. Dillon, Ryder and Allison just did mesh for me. They seemed to be lacking something that I just can't put my finger on. I will be looking forward to the next one in the series.
