Excellent historical Highland romance. It has enough of the Medieval mindset of man-woman relationships but without the lass being a doormat-- far from it, she is a outspoken girl and reaps the consequences of it. I love the research that Reece has put into the story of family and clan relationships and how those affect their daily actions.

A really good story of the emotional repercussions of a BDSM relationship, a polyamorous relationship, and the fallout from being in the media's spotlight. Also, a very warm story of love and forgiveness in the face of multiple misunderstandings. As always, the sexual side of BDSM as presented by Tymber is really panty-dropping. I love that she gives a taste of the MM relationship but includes something-something for the ladies to hold on to. Very well balanced and spicy. Keep 'em coming, Tymber.

Actually, this book is really a 4.5- not quite a 5. If you haven't been following the prior stories of the Suncoast, go back and read them first (this is not a standalone novel). This is more of a "what are they up to now?" story to follow other couples in prior stories. With that in mind, this is very, very good...gives you lots of flavor of all types of BDSM relationships.

It wasn't horrible but it wasn't wonderful. Too much bellyaching by the h wondering if the men would be jealous and reject the menage. A little better listening by the h to the guys communication would have nipped all that drama in the bud. And, I hate to say it, too much sex. Sex is still not story.

Just a very emotionally satisfying menage story over all. The characters had honest emotions and foibles, without acting like ninnies. Those personal foibles drove the plot to come between their budding relationship, but they finally rallied and straightened everything out, realizing their new relationship was the best thing that ever happened to them all. And, there wasn't some goofy outside person trying to menace one of them (isn't that plot device a little overused?)All in all, you will feel really good at the end of this story for all the characters, and that's what it's all about!

Our usual favorite BDSM stories involve making a relationship from a sexual scene. But what happens after "Happily Ever After"? A lot of ups and downs, and hard work, same as any relationship! "Remind Me, Master" shows the point in a committed BDSM relationship when issues come to a head, life gets in the way, and communication has broken down. They need to renegotiate and reconnect. They need to self-reflect on what each person needs. And they need to do it in the hottest way possible and reforge bonds. This is simply one of the sweetest, hottest stories I've read in a long time that affirms that, yes, there is life after marriage, and what a great life it can be. It makes you believe in relationships once again. Internal and character-driven conflicts, external conflicts, this story does it well.

I was dismayed that this story didn't have more character growth on the part of Charlie, the female lead. She swung between indignation at the Dom's demands and melting into goo because they made her feel so wonderful. And this is all from a woman who was completely new to the lifestyle! There was lots of sex, but that doesn't compensate for getting into the character's head more. Ms Van touched upon Charlie's family influencing her self-esteem, but never used this for any more story antagonism except as a background. The build-up to the showdown with the badass Dom was predictable, and finished way too quickly. In all, a perfunctory effort from Ms. Van. Next time, less sex, more story.

WOW. Tymber's stories are usually very good, but this one grabs your emotional guts and runs away with them. The depth of the characters and their emotional states will bowl you over. DO NOT MISS this one! There is Very Good, Outstanding, and #6-- WHOA.

Wonderful reunion of many characters; really emotionally gripping. I love that it happens all in the context of a family vacation: as usual, most family vacations are more memorable once they're done, rather than when you're going through them! My only gripe, of course, is that it ends in a cliff hanger. I hope the next story comes out very soon.

Another story that pulls at your guts! I love it when Elain goes all Alpha bitch on Abernathy! My only complaint: the cliffhanger ending! C'mon-- throw us a bone,and let us know what the sequel's title is and its release date.

I disagree with the last review: the M-F contacts were easily as much or exceeded the M-M contacts. And, the book is rated MMF, not MFM, so if you're squeamish about any MM contacts from Bi-males, don't buy it. That said, no the men are not uber-alphas, but they certainly like to take control in the bedroom, while ceding control to the lady in the boardroom. I like to see this different type of story where different roles are explored, with some light BDSM involved. I certainly don't need my alpha males to be obnoxious pricks all the time; I like them to set their lady straight when necessary, and they certainly do that! But what I especially love about Tymber Dalton is how she gets into the meat of emotional interplay-- she grabs your guts and twists! Her stories are not solely about random, meaningless sex, sex, sex with no character involvement. She actually crafts a STORY. I appreciate how her back story is detailed and makes her characters' lives realistic. She does her homework and you can tell. Plus, when she does do sexual scenes, they are HOT. Way to go!

Good, but not great effort from Ms. Stacey. As mentioned before, the motivations for Angel were a little confusing, although you do come to realize that she sold her prized stallion under duress to save her friends ranch, which was an action that was never able to be appreciated and was even reviled by her family. So, she's bitter, but, jeez, she is abrasive. Also, she falls into the kink waayy too quickly for a penned-up virgin.

I got the feeling that Ms McKenzie was tired of the whole concept for the end of this series, and just wanted to get it done with. Too bad, because she had some potential conflicts and characters that just didn't get fleshed out really well. Not bad, but lots of sex is not a substitute for good character-building.

A little drawn out, but historicals often have to be to get the proper setting. This story has more BDSM elements towards the end than I anticipated, which was fine with me, I like that.

This book is related tangentially to the other Club Esoteria stories, but has enough of those elements for a good flavor of it. For anyone who has gone through the pain of loving someone who can't commit and is thoughtless about keeping contact, this story will definitely hit a chord.

Really, the short story was enough. The novella here had too much sex and not enough character/plot additions, although there were some. Also, doesn't really touch much on the psychology of Dominance/submission and why characters would want to do that, besides 'that's the way they are.'
