Moonstruck strikes the right balance. Wit, scenery, history, and hot steamy nookie settle very nicely with rich characters and plot. Miss Ava Bell is in Blue Moon, Maine to write her dissertation. When a simple walk in the woods leaves her lost and confused for hours, she stumbles on the Molineaux brothers, whose family has their own crucial history in this tale from Blue Moon. Robert, Declan and Sean, werewolves all, are sure that Ava Bell is 'The One' to end the curse that binds the men of Blue Moon. And not just The One, but THEIR one to love, to share, to protect. I felt that Miss Blackthorne did a great job keeping Ava fabulously real. While I find the idea of multiple men fascinating and a lovely fantasy, who wouldn't freak out a little when, not only is it presented to you, but it's pursuing you with vivid interest? She also walked a fine line with brothers that share a woman, and at the same time, no less. The erotic scenes, both one-on-one and one-on-three did not leave me feeling as though I needed to bleach my very soul. Rather, I find myself intrigued and hopeful to read more from this author who knows how to work it! Keep on, Miss Blackthorne, and I have no doubt that one day you will dominate the National Best Seller lists!
