It is so amazing to see Joyee Flynn come into her own as an author. I found that this was really the first of her works that didn't seem to be written in the style of Stormy Glenn. All round it was a great story, the characters were nicely developed and came up against some real emotional obstacles. It was really nice to find a story about mates where they actually had to work on their relationship even though they were mated. The sex was brilliantly hot. I know I will be reading and rereading this one =) However I found the conflict with the villain to be a little tacked on. It felt really out of the blue and then it was gone and done with. It would have been nice had their been a bit more development of that part of the plot. There is a typo that really bothered, in the very last paragraph instead of it being Jasper then name is Jared. All in all it is a lovely read and I hope to see more stories of this growing quality come from Ms Flynn.

The love story between Vadim and Sasha is very sweet and touching. I am glad they found each other. It would have been nice if the characters had been flushed out a bit better. They felt a bit wooden, defined by single characteristics. It would also have been nice to see more variety in secondary characters everyone's dialog seem to have similar mannerisms. All in all it was a lovely little story that was a nice easy diversion for a few hours.
